Q. Received an error message during installation and cannot launch Easy Business Imprints after installation.
A. It is strongly recommended that you exit all Windows programs before running the installation of Easy Business Imprints. Also, the user should exit some background running programs (e.g. Anti-Virus Guard). 
If you are using Win NT 4.0/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/8.1, login as an administrator. If you are running Win95(Osr2)/98(Retial), be sure to install IE 5.0 or higher. 
S. Reinstall the Easy Business Imprints.
 
Q. The toolbar of Easy Business Imprints does not look correct.
A. Make sure that the Internet Explorer Browser on your system is version 5.0 or higher.
If you are using Win95(Osr2)/Win98(1st Edition)/Win NT 4.0, the Internet Explorer Browser might be an old version.
S. You can access http://www.microsoft.com to download and install the upgrades of the Internet Explorer.
 
Q. The online help does not look correct.
S. Download and install an MS update package (Hhupd.exe 715KB).
 
Q. Where are the template files in the Imprints Library?
A. All the template files in the Imprints Library are located in the folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acro Software\ImprintsHost\Library\".
